Providing Quality Healthcare
Mahkota Medical Centre (MMC) takes pride in its quality indicators which is testimony to its continuous quality improvement towards quality care and patient safety. One can be reassured that MMC does not compromise on the level of quality care when meeting patients’ needs and safety.
To ensure that MMC meets its quality objectives, clinical indicators are selected, measured and monitored for trends and improvement. MMC benchmarks her results against public and private hospitals, such as that by the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC) since 2004.
We are proud to be able to fare well in our quality standards and we are continually finding ways to improve performance and achieve better outcomes.
